Latest News
Today (Sunday October 11th), we managed to finish recording the 2nd EP.
Over the next week or two, we'll go through the material with a fine tooth comb & make any changes & necessary adjustments.
I'll be releasing this 4 song EP next year in October of 2027.
Why so long to release?
It allows me more time to release more singles (both covers & originals) onto streaming platforms.
For those of you who don't know, Nine Black Roses is a side project & I'm not a full-time musician. So (unfortunately) I don't have all day to work on music. It gets worked on when time allows. So a year might seem like a long time, but when you only have 4 hours a week to go to the studio & record the music, a year gets eaten fast.
That being said…amazingly since (against all fucking odds) we're about a year ahead of schedule, we can take our sweet time working on the 3rd album & the 3rd EP.
No rush & no pressure = a better product with little to no stress attached. A win, win.
Essentially, the pro's of not being under the thumb of a record company contract.
New Single Release On the Way
On October 8th, 2026:
I’m releasing a single that will be featured on the 2nd album called “You’ll Never Be Lonely”.
As usual, it’ll be available on most streaming platforms.
A Push Back
Since I have some more singles to drop (both covers & originals), I’m pushing back the release of the 2nd album from February 8th 2027 to April 8th 2027.

Moving Forward at a Snails Pace.
We'll be working on the 2nd EP for the next couple of months.
Recording for that should wrap up around November 2026, but it probably won't be released/available until around July or August 2027.
The next release (not including singles) will be the second full length album & that'll be available for streaming & on CD beginning February 8th 2027.
